Altacura Hot Lemon Infludrink also with 1000mg Vitamin C has ingredients that help the body to fight back cold and flu. The recommended daily allowance of vitamin C is 60mg but the intake of 1000mg twice or three times a day is recommended because of the anti-oxidant properties of Vitamin C at these high doses. Altacura Hot Lemon 1000mg Vitamin C should be therefore taken once or twice daily when one suffers cold and flu to flush away viruses.
